We have modern facility for Hard Chromium plating for industrial machinery parts. Hard Chromium plating is used for corrosion & wear resistance property and for low coefficient of friction. This is electrolysis process. The parts are made cathodic and special inert anodes are made electrically positive. We regularly analyse bath chemistry that results in good quality bright hard chrome plating.

As the process is electrolysis, special fixtures and confirming anode design play a vital role in good quality deposit. The plated layer is hard upto 65 HRC. Some of the jobs we have done upto 500 microns thickness.

Hard chrome plating is used for piston rods, shafts, rollers, cylinders, rubber and plastic moulds, rebuilding worn-out parts and bearing journals. HCP deposits are used to increase service life of functional parts by increasing their resistance to wear, abrasion, heat and corrosion.

Fusion Bonded Epoxy or known as FBE coating is a special type of powder coating used for corrosion protection. FBE Coating is a thermoset polymer coating. We do FBE Coating for pumps and valves, pipe fittings & connections used in marine and in corrosive application. FBE Coating is possible on weld joints and is also used for good electrical insulation.

FBE Coating is available in various colours. This coating is available for drinking water application also. FBE Coating thickness is possible up to 500 microns.

We do PTFE / PFA / PVDF / ECTFE / Nylon Coatings for Chemical resistance. corrison protection and low co-efficient of friction for various end users and OEMs. The application list includes almost every part of use in industry.

Our hard anodizing process offers excellent hardness to different aluminum components. Through anodic oxidation process, a ceramic like layer that is hard layer is developed in a cool electrolyte specially formulated for hard anodizing. This process makes the components highly wear and corrosion resistant. Offering high thermal & electrical insulation, anodised surface also provide excellent adhesion with base material. This process makes the surface non sticky that helps in easy cleaning of the products. This hard anodizing process offers good anti-friction and gives a layer thickness of 30 to 60 microns.
